Refund & Return Policy

At Amryth, we take great care in producing and fulfilling our products. Because our beverages are consumable goods and handled through a controlled fulfillment process, our return policy is limited.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds After Shipment

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders that have already been shipped.

Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong product or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

Because of this, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Subscription Orders (If Offered)

Some products may be offered as subscription purchases with recurring deliveries.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment unless canceled.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the links provided in your order confirmation emails or through your account (if available).

Please note that subscription shipments that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

Pre-Orders (If Offered)

Occasionally we may offer products for pre-order.

Pre-orders may involve:

  • Payment collected at checkout, or
  • Payment authorization with later charge when inventory becomes available.

Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be eligible for cancellation upon request.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it becomes subject to the standard No Returns or Refunds After Shipment policy.
