Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may increase during periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other regional shipping providers.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location but generally range between 2–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Amryth is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we may not be able to modify orders once they have been processed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
We will do our best to assist with carrier investigations when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages lost after shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Our team will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Risk of Loss
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations if required by law or shipping carrier limitations.
